Policy Brief on Legal Aid Fund in Tanzania: Need for Legal Reform

This policy brief reflects an analysis of the report on the implementation of the Legal Aid Act conducted by the Tanzania Network of Legal Aid Providers (TANLAP) through the support of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). The main focus of this policy brief is to identify the gap in the Legal Aid Act regarding legal aid funds in Tanzania.
