Today, 24th November 2022, at Cate hotel in Morogoro,TANLAP under Mwanamke Imara project is privileged to engage with representatives from the Ministry of Constitutional and Legal Affairs, Ministry of Finance, Tanzania Police Force, Presidents Office-State House, Office of Attorney General, President's office Regional Administration and Local Government Authorities to continue with the discussion on the need for the enactment of the Anti-Gender Based Violence Act. Participants have provided their inputs to the Draft proposed Anti GBV Bill towards the enactment of a comprehensive Anti- GBV Act in Tanzania. The Participants are now developing a comprehensive paper on the need for enactment of the Anti GBV Act which will be presented to the Minister of Constitutional and Legal Affairs.
