TANLAP had the opportunity to organize a working session of Legal Support Network on Family Law Issues to finalize the proposed Anti GBV bill and the Code of Conduct for Family Law Practitioners. The three day session from 13th - 15th July organized at Flomi Hotel- Morogoro. Members of the Network had the opportunity to learn virtually from Ms. Cheryl Thomas working at Global Rights for Women (GRW) and Hon; Jugde Elizabeth Cutter (Retired Senior District Court Judge of Minnesota ) who gave their commentary on the proposed Anti GBV bill and experience in promoting women rights. This activity has been conducted with the generous support of USAID under Mwanamke Imara project.
