On 11th November, 2024, TANLAP conducted training for 56 Civil Organizations regarding the legal systems that govern Local Government Elections and the entire election process.
The training aimed at building the capacity of those organizations regarding various election issues so that they can do their work to defend the community and support it in this period that we are heading for the Local Government elections on 27th November, 2024.
The facilitator of the training, retired Judge Hon. Robert Makaramba encouraged the participants to follow the rules and manage them so that the elections can be peaceful and get the best leaders for our nation.
The training was supported by the American Agency for International Development through the USAID Wananchi Tuamue (Let\'s Decide) project and was held at the African Dream hotel in Dodoma.
