On November 9, 2024, TANLAP conducted a special training for 26 advocates from all regions of Tanzania, focused on building their capacity to manage cases related to the Local Government Elections to be held on November 27, 2024. The training, led by Retired Judge Hon. Robert Makaramba, aimed to prepare advocates to assist the community legally in election cases. Judge Makaramba encouraged advocates to use their expertise in protecting constitutional rights and promoting the growth of democracy in the country.
